How do I book an Urbania Rental in Bangalore?+
Booking is easy! Fill out our online booking form with your trip details, select your vehicle, and submit. Our team will confirm your booking via WhatsApp and phone within 15 minutes. No advance payment is required to confirm.
Is the driver included in the rental?+
Yes! All our rentals include a verified professional driver. The driver allowance (food & accommodation for overnight trips) is either included in the package or quoted separately — it will always be shown transparently before you confirm.
What is included in the price?+
Our quoted price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, and GST. Toll charges, parking fees, and state border taxes are extra and will be billed actuals. Driver allowance is ₹500/day for outstation trips.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Yes. Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a 20% cancellation fee. No-shows on the day of travel are non-refundable.
Do you operate on all India routes?+
We cover 80+ cities across India including all major metros, hill stations, pilgrim centres, and tourist destinations. For remote locations or special routes, call us and we'll do our best to arrange a vehicle.
Are the vehicles sanitised?+
Absolutely. Every vehicle undergoes a full sanitisation and quality check before each trip. Our fleet is maintained to the highest cleanliness standards.
What if there's a breakdown during the trip?+
We have a 24×7 roadside assistance team. In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we'll either fix the issue on-site or dispatch a replacement vehicle at no extra charge to you.
